Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive marketing, brand, product marketing, commercial strategy, or go-to-market experience.
• At least two years of direct people leadership or coaching marketing talent.
• Experience supporting B2B, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or other complex commercial businesses.

• Lead, coach, and develop two Marketing Strategists; set clear priorities and build their strategic acumen.
• Partner with segment leaders to understand growth goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Set strategy, cadence, and capacity across segments for high-quality marketing support.
• Lead strategic planning and high-impact initiatives for priority segments; hands-on advisor.
• Develop segment-specific marketing strategies, annual plans, and go-to-market roadmaps.
