OTHR Management Company (OMC) in Austin, TX seeks a Director of Marketing to translate CEO vision into growth initiatives, build a small high-performing team (Content Manager, Brand Designer), and own brand, content, and demand programs across organic and partner channels.

You’ll balance long-term brand building with immediate demand, collaborate with sales, shape messaging for buyers, and create scalable campaigns while tracking KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
• Experience building or owning marketing in small business, startup, agency, hospitality, events, or experiential environments.
• Proven ability to drive demand through organic and relationship-driven channels.
• Strong storytelling and content design instincts.

Responsabilités

• Revenue ownership with a compensation structure tied to performance.
• Create demand through organic channels (social, content, local visibility, partnerships, email).
• Strengthen and expand brand awareness across markets and partner communities.
• Develop marketing programs to deepen relationships with hotel partners and referral sources.
• Own direction for Brand Designer and Content Manager; set high content quality standards.
• Manage social media strategy and execution across key channels.
• Build lightweight, scalable campaigns to generate inbound leads and warm opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to drive pipeline and measurable outcomes.
• Shape messaging, positioning, and promotional materials for different buyer types.
