OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager for a 100% remote role. You will lead two Marketing Strategists, translate segment goals into actionable plans, and drive high-impact initiatives across Sales, Digital Commerce, and Creative.

The position emphasizes customer insight, strategic rigor, and hands-on execution to grow each segment. You will partner with segment leaders, develop marketing roadmaps, and establish metrics, while collaborating across functions to

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in progressive marketing, brand, product marketing, or go-to-market roles.
• At least 2 years of direct people leadership or coaching experience.
• Experience supporting B2B, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or complex businesses.
• Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives and measurable results.
• Experience leading integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, and sales enablement.
• Strong analytical and AI skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Organized, collaborative, outcome-focused, with bias toward action.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop two Marketing Strategists; set clear priorities and build their strategic acumen.
• Partner with segment leaders to understand growth goals, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Set team strategy, cadence, and capacity across segments with high-quality marketing support.
• Personally lead strategic planning and high-impact initiatives for priority segments.
• Develop segment marketing strategies, annual plans, roadmaps, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Translate priorities into value propositions, briefs, audience definitions, and messaging.
• Use customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to sharpen strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver integrated programs across digital, content, and events.
• Manage annual events calendar and coordinate with segment leaders.
• Support product launches, new services, geographic expansion, and growth initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; align with brand standards and build segment leadership relationships.
