Job summary

Terrabis seeks a Marketing Coordinator, CRM & Loyalty to drive customer retention through SMS/email campaigns, audience management, and loyalty program support. You will maintain CRM data accuracy, troubleshoot platform issues, and serve members by phone and mail, reporting to the Marketing Manager, Growth & Communications.

The role involves collaboration with retail teams, adherence to cannabis regulations, and handling customer communications with care in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on CRM experience building and sending campaigns.
• Customer service experience, ideally with phone support.
• Cannabis retail or dispensary experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and send SMS and email campaigns from briefs through QA.
• Create and maintain audiences and segments from customer data.
• Monitor KPI metrics and compile performance reports.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and data sync errors.
• Serve as first point of contact for loyalty program members.
