Bowman seeks a Marketing Specialist to support sales and marketing initiatives remotely. You will collaborate across functions to produce compelling collateral, prepare RFP responses, and develop visually engaging content while mentoring junior staff in design and branding.

The role emphasizes proposal development, creative execution, and strategic marketing support to drive business growth. Bachelor’s in marketing or related field is preferred, with 2+ years of services marketing experience.

Competenze

• Minimum of two (2) years professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work as needed to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Work with cross-functional groups to produce sales and marketing collateral.
• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs and teaming opportunities.
• Develop visually engaging content to reson ate with target audiences.
• Mentor junior staff in design principles and branding.
• Assist business development with lead tracking and prequalification.
• Prepare presentations and interview materials.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures and project profiles.
• Create graphics to support proposals and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain marketing processes and historical information per standards.
• Assist in managing resume/database and graphics library.
• Coordinate or participate in industry events when needed.
• Research data on clients/markets to support strategy development.
