Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role supports sales and marketing initiatives, including proposal development and creating compelling collateral for both public and private projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in professional services marketing and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. A marketing or related degree is preferred, with flexibility on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; commensurate experience considered.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs, qualifications and teaming opportunities for projects.
• Leverage marketing and design to create compelling content for target audiences.
• Assist business development with lead tracking and prequalification.
• Produce marketing collateral including brochures, project profiles and resumes.
• Create graphics to support proposal preparation and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain marketing processes and record-keeping per department standards.
