Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The role focuses on supporting sales and marketing initiatives, developing winning proposals, and creating visually compelling content.

You will work with cross-functional teams to craft collateral, manage lead tracking, and mentor junior designers. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in professional services marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing/communications preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong graphic design and layout capabilities.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional groups to produce sales and marketing collateral for initiatives.
• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs and qualification materials for public/private projects.
• Develop visually engaging content for target audiences and mentor junior staff in design principles.
• Assist business development with prequalification and lead tracking.
• Prepare presentations and assist with interview preparation.
• Produce marketing collateral including brochures, project profiles and resumes.
• Create visuals for proposals and corporate initiatives; maintain graphics library.
• Maintain marketing processes, records, and historical information per department standards.
• Support database integrity for project resumes and allow industry events coordination.
• Research data on clients/markets to support strategy development.
• Complete day-to-day marketing tasks as requested.
