Qualifications

• Minimum of two years professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in marketing/communications or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce sales and marketing collateral.
• Prepare proposals and materials for RFPs, qualifications, and teaming opportunities.
• Create visually engaging content to support marketing and branding efforts.
• Assist in lead tracking, presentations, and interview prep.
• Maintain marketing processes and documentation per department standards.
