Bowman is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our sales and marketing initiatives remotely. The role focuses on preparing proposals, developing collateral, and creating visually compelling content across projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and mentor juniors in design and branding best practices while contributing to Bowman’s growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce sales and marketing collateral.
• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs and teaming opportunities.
• Develop compelling, visually engaging content and mentor junior staff in design principles.
• Assist business development with lead tracking and prequalification efforts.
• Create presentations and support interview preparation.
• Produce brochures, project profiles, resumes, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain marketing processes and ensure data integrity in databases.
