Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The role supports sales and marketing initiatives with a focus on proposals and collateral creation.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, develop compelling content, and mentor junior staff in design principles and branding. A minimum of two years in professional services marketing is expected, with up-to-date Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong graphic design and layout capabilities.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs and qualifications for public and private projects.
• Develop marketing content that balances strategy and creative execution for target audiences.
• Assist business development with prequalification and lead tracking.
• Prepare presentations and assist with interview preparation.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, project profiles, and team resumes.
• Create graphics to support proposals and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain efficient marketing processes and record-keeping per department standards.
• Assist in managing the company resume database and graphics library.
• Contribute to industry events and recruiting efforts as needed.
• Research client data and market trends to support strategy development.
