YPO is a global leadership community hiring a Marketing Project Manager for a remote contractor role based in Canada. You will manage end-to-end production of creative projects, scope requests, coordinate schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across stakeholders and teams.

Requirements include 1–3 years in project coordination or marketing support, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with project management platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing projects or campaigns.
• Experience in creative, marketing or communications environments preferred.
• Hands-on use of project management platforms to track progress.

Responsabilités

• Scope and feasibility assessment for new creative assets.
• Maintain quality across production of assets and deliverables.
• Plan and adjust production schedules to fit briefs.
• Implement processes and best practices to optimize resources.
• Track and traffic jobs from start to finish.
• Serve as liaison between Creative & Brand Experience and other departments.
• Assess project and resource requirements.
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively to support team collaboration.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and proactive with changing priorities.
• Understand basic creative workflows and marketing processes.
