YPO is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a remote contractor role. You will manage end-to-end production of marketing assets, scope requests, and coordinate with stakeholders and creative teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or marketing support, a degree in marketing/communications or related field, and familiarity with project management tools. Canada-based contractor with 35-hour work week and a 30 June 2027 end date.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or marketing support.
• Experience in a creative, marketing or communications environment preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration across regions and cultures.
• Hands-on use of project management platforms to track progress (e.g., RoboHead, Hive).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Scope and determine feasibility of producing new creative assets.
• Maintain quality standards across the production of all creative assets and deliverables.
• Plan, adjust and manage production schedules that fit the needs of briefs.
• Implement new processes, platforms and creative best practices to optimize resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and traffic jobs from beginning to end to meet stakeholders’ expectations.
• Serve as project management liaison between Creative & Brand Experience and other departments.
