Qualifications

• 3+ years Marketing Project Management or similar experience.
• 3+ years managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• 2+ years using PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp).
• 2+ years coordinating digital marketing campaigns or marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Work closely with marketing, content, design, and paid media teams.
• Manage project boards and workflows in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve blockers.
• Coordinate campaign launches and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
