Job summary

ChowNow is seeking a Marketing & Partner Operations Manager to own demand-gen systems and partner-sourced growth. You will identify funnel issues and implement end-to-end system changes in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integrations with Business Systems and GTM analytics.

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing, shaping multi-channel campaigns, reporting, and partner workflows while supporting a fast-paced, diverse team across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar systems-focused role with HubSpot administration.
• Background in B2B SaaS and ability to own HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong data hygiene mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Workflows: Own lead routing, scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management in HubSpot; LeanData configuration.
• Marketing Ops: Manage HubSpot/Salesforce infrastructure, campaign tracking, and standardize reporting.
• Partnerships Ops: Deliver partner workflows, manage Partnerstack and Salesforce integration; analyze partner lead quality.
