Avolve Software Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data, technologies, and operational framework powering our marketing engine. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and oversees HubSpot, marketing automation, attribution reporting, segmentation, and data governance.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient, and capable of scaling marketing operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years in marketing operations, marketing automation, or revenue operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration and dashboard reporting experience.

Responsabilités

• Own HubSpot administration and governance for marketing.
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and programs.
• Lead routing, qualification, and handoffs to ADR/BDR and Sales.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Automate manual processes with AI-enabled workflows for campaigns.
• Build dashboards and deliver insights for leadership.
