Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data, technologies, and framework powering our marketing engine. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will manage HubSpot, marketing automation, campaign operations, data governance, and lifecycle architecture across teams.

You will build scalable workflows, support campaigns and events, and drive AI-enabled enhancements while ensuring governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in marketing operations/automation.
• Hands-on HubSpot admin: workflows, scoring, reporting.
• Lead management, funnel architecture, data quality.
• Dashboards and reporting for leaders.
• Marketing tech platforms, integrations, Asana.
• Ability to use AI tools with governance.
• Strong analytics, communication, stakeholder mgmt.
• Experience with demand gen, webinars, events, launches.
• GovTech/public sector SaaS, GIS knowledge preferred.
• HubSpot certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot as primary admin and platform owner.
• Design and optimize workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages.
• Own lead routing and handoff to ADR/BDR/Sales.
• Maintain marketing tech systems and integrations.
• Develop governance standards and naming conventions.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Growth/Product/Customer/Partner Marketing to operationalize campaigns.
• Review assets: emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, lists, reporting.
• Support webinars, events, product launches, and partner marketing.
• Ensure campaigns are tagged, tracked, measured, and QA'd.
• Own data governance, segmentation, privacy and compliance.
• Build dashboards for campaigns, funnel, pipeline, engagement.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Manage marketing workflows, templates, calendars, resource planning.
• Document SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate martech platforms and vendor relationships.
• Train Sales/ADR/BDRs on HubSpot and processes.
