Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, data, technologies, and operational framework powering our marketing engine.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for the strategic administration and continuous optimization of HubSpot, marketing automation, campaign operations, lead lifecycle architecture, attribution reporting, segmentation, data governance, and marketing project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, marketing automation, and data governance practices.
• Experience supporting demand generation, webinars, events, product launches, and partner marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot platform and administer marketing automation, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.
• Design, build, and optimize workflows, lead scoring, and nurture programs.
• Manage lead routing, qualification, and handoff to ADR/BDR and Sales teams.
• Maintain marketing technology systems and integrations; develop governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and implement AI-enabled workflows.
• Support campaigns, webinars, events, and product launches with operational execution.
