Blackthorn is hiring a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes powering the marketing engine. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and analytics to ensure seamless integration and accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes building scalable automation, leveraging AI, and improving campaign execution. Remote-friendly with teams globally, and a focus on collaborating across RevOps and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack across Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, Apollo.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and RevOps systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management and conversions.
