Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, data, technologies, and operational framework that power our marketing engine.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for the strategic administration and continuous optimization of HubSpot, marketing automation, campaign operations, lead lifecycle architecture, attribution reporting, segmentation, data governance, and marketing project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, and attribution.
• Experience with marketing automation, data governance, and reporting.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and marketing tech integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HubSpot administration and platform governance.
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead lifecycle stages.
• Develop lead routing, qualification, and handoff processes for sales teams.
• Maintain marketing tech systems and ensure integrations function properly.
• Build dashboards and reporting for marketing leadership and executives.
• Train and support Sales, ADRs, BDRs, and stakeholders on HubSpot and processes.
