Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, technologies, and operational framework that power our marketing engine. You will ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, measured accurately, and scaled across the organization.

• Hands on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, reporting, segmentation, marketing automation, and attribution.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel architecture, database governance, data quality, compliance, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms, integrations, vendors, operational workflows, and project management systems such as Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to support research, analysis, workflow automation, content development, and productivity while applying appropriate governance and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Own HubSpot administration and platform ownership, including design and optimization of marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Lead routing: qualification and handoff processes to ensure marketing-generated leads are delivered accurately and tracked.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing to operationalize campaigns with AI-assisted workflows.
• Build dashboards and reports for campaign, funnel, pipeline, and engagement metrics.
