Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize HubSpot, marketing automation, data governance, and analytics across the marketing organization. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and partners with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Business Development to scale programs.

The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and skilled at building scalable systems that improve efficiency and revenue contribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, reporting.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel architecture, data governance, data quality, compliance, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms and project management tools like Asana.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot and marketing platforms.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, lead scoring, and customer journeys.
• Manage lead routing, qualification, and handoff to ADR/BDR and Sales teams.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, documentation, and best practices.
• Build dashboards and deliver insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate campaigns and go-to-market programs with AI-enabled workflows.
