Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, data, technologies, and operational framework that power our marketing engine.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for the strategic administration and continuous optimization of HubSpot, marketing automation, campaign operations, lead lifecycle architecture, attribution reporting, segmentation, data governance, and marketing project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in marketing operations or a related discipline.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of lead management, funnel architecture, data quality.
• Experience building dashboards and actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience managing marketing platforms and integrations (Asana, marketing tech).
• Ability to use AI tools with governance.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience supporting demand generation, webinars, events, product launches, partner marketing.
• HubSpot certification is preferred or must be completed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration and platform governance.
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead scoring.
• Manage lead routing and handoff to ADR/BDR and Sales.
• Maintain marketing tech integrations and governance standards.
• Support campaigns, webinars, events, launches, and partner marketing.
• Ensure campaigns are tagged, tracked, measured, and QA'd.
• Train and support Sales and marketing teams on tools and processes.
• Develop dashboards for campaign, funnel, and revenue reporting.
