Job summary

Harrow, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support marketing activities and manage promotional review cycles for brand portfolios. This role involves coordinating materials through FDA review processes, ensuring compliance and quality control across marketing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience marketing to the ophthalmic audience and understanding of the FDA promotional review process, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This is a remote position with up to 10% travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing to the ophthalmic audience and with ophthalmic pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Understanding of the FDA promotional review (PRC) process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, and experience with Salesforce and Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional materials through the PRC process in Veeva PromoMats.
• Review and QC FDA-approved promotional materials.
• Work with the Promotional Review Committee for regulatory approval.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of PRC decisions.
• Train new team members on PRC submission requirements.
