Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to run cross-functional promotional reviews (PRC) for approved drug and/or device products. You will lead PRC meetings, optimize review processes, and ensure alignment with FDA regulations and internal policies, while coordinating with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.

The role requires strong project management, experience in pharma advertising, and the ability to train and guide PRC participants

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environments.
• Familiarity with promotional review systems like Veeva is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT).
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion.
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional promotional review (PRC) meetings and manage agendas.
• Support marketing teams to optimize PRC processes and timelines.
• Ensure SOP conformance and provide guidance to PRC participants.
• Coordinate with Editorial, Production, and Regulatory for submissions.
• Identify and lead special projects to improve efficiency and materials management.
