Job summary

Harrow, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Ocular Surface Team to drive sales in an assigned geographic area and lead the Ocular Sales Specialist team.

This remote/field-based role includes executing plans, budgeting, forecasting, and staff leadership to achieve growth in our ophthalmic portfolio. You will partner with Marketing, Operations, Sales Training and Market Access to optimize customer value and ensure first-rate service to ophthalmologists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Around 8+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales, including sales management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn additional software.
• Strong organization and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve objectives in assigned areas.
• Develop and manage sales operating expense budgets.
• Oversee and evaluate sales performance and adjust as needed.
• Lead area sales activities and manage resources for profitable growth.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve objectives.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales Training and Market Access teams.
