The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement, buy-and-bill experience, and prior authorization expertise, with strong stakeholder relations and data-driven problem-solving in a remote, nationwide role requiring up

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields.
• Buy-and-bill experience required.
• Field reimbursement experience required.
• Eye care experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Payer coverage experience with MACs, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field contact for practice admins on reimbursement.
• Educate on payer coverage, billing codes, PA requirements.
• Support prior authorization and appeals education.
• Coordinate with HUB for patient assistance and referrals.
• Conduct quarterly account business reviews and identify denial trends.
