Job summary

CG Oncology is seeking a Senior Manager, Promotional Review Operations to lead the end-to-end PRC review process for promotional and non-promotional materials. You will collaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial stakeholders to drive compliant, timely reviews and high-quality outputs.

The role requires strong facilitation, governance development, and metrics-driven improvement in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
5–8+ years in pharma/biotech with PRC ops experience.
Experience leading PRC operations and meetings.
Understanding of promotional regulations and substantiation.
Experience with PRC systems and metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end PRC review workflow for materials, ensuring timely, compliant outcomes.
Maintain master PRC schedule to track submissions, reviews, and priorities.
Ensure consistent PRC policy application across materials and teams.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing.
Plan, facilitate, and document PRC meetings; drive actions and follow-ups.
Monitor cycle times, bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
