We’re seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize our marketing stack, ensure seamless integrations, and deliver accurate performance reporting. Build scalable processes with AI and automation, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrates experience with MCP, AI tooling, Github operations, and self-reliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, forms, and CMS.
• Ability to build dashboards, analyze marketing performance, and manage attribution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects end to end.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revops systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead gen, funnel metrics, and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
