Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes powering our marketing engine. You’ll manage the marketing tech stack, ensure seamless integration across platforms, and build scalable automation workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations and scalable systems.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tech stacks and automation.
• Familiarity with MCP, AI-tooling, and GitHub operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and related apps touching Marketing.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms with AI-powered and no‑code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across all marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
