Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes powering our marketing engine. You will manage our martech stack, ensure seamless integrations, and deliver accurate performance reporting across marketing, sales, and RevOps.

The ideal candidate thrives on building scalable automation, leveraging AI, and turning complex operations into efficient processes.

Qualifications

Experience with B2B marketing ops and martech stack
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, and automation workflows

Responsibilities

Own and manage our marketing technology stack across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo and related tools.
Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and RevOps systems.
Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no‑code tools.
Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead gen, funnel metrics, and ROI.
Ensure data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management and conversion rates.
