Job summary

Prominence Advisors, Inc is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to drive execution and coordination across our marketing function. You’ll lead OG event coordination, manage campaigns, and maintain the marketing calendar while partnering with Sales and Partnerships.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, or related operational role.
• Experience coordinating events, conferences, or programs with multiple moving parts and deadlines.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or content production from planning through launch and follow-up.
• Experience working with vendors, managing orders, and tracking deliverables and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and project management tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Remote work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OG events end-to-end, including timelines, materials, and on-site needs.
• Support marketing campaigns with assets, reviews, approvals, audiences, and channels.
• Own the marketing calendar and ensure cross-team visibility and schedule accuracy.
• Manage vendor relationships, quotes, timelines, and invoices; track spend against plan.
• Help prepare reports and maintain asset libraries, templates, and documentation.
