Job summary

Rep Ink is a fully remote marketing and PR agency serving B2B professional services nationwide. We seek a sharp, proactive Marketing & Operations Assistant to build our brand, drive inbound leads, and support agency operations from a home office.

You’ll work with the Principal & President and VP of Operations to manage marketing and PR efforts across legal, AEC, and other professional services clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
• Candidate demonstrates strong writing and editing skills for agency PR.
• Experience with inbound and content marketing in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate owned content and editorial calendar for blog posts and e-books.
• Book guests for podcasts, develop show notes, and create social media clips.
• Manage email marketing campaigns (approx. four sends per month).
• Support PR outreach to industry media and placements.
• Assist with proposals, RFP responses, events and sponsorships.
• Support operations tasks and monthly reporting for clients.
