Job summary

Reputation Ink, a fully remote public relations and marketing agency, seeks a sharp Account Manager to support top B2B professional services clients from home offices across the United States. You’ll translate complex ideas into compelling stories, craft pitches, and manage client relationships.

You will develop story angles, pitch media, coach clients on media relations, and collaborate with designers to create digital marketing assets while traveling for occasional client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of agency public relations experience.
• Excellent interviewing, writing and editing skills; translate complex ideas into clear language.
• Experience developing story angles, pitching media, securing interviews.
• Ability to travel to client offices occasionally (travel reimbursed, infrequent).
• Adept at using and learning technologies (email, CRM, social media, PM tools).

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm newsworthy pitch angles and article ideas.
• Research editorial calendars and build media lists.
• Pitch subject-matter experts for media sources on breaking stories.
• Write copy for blog posts, e-books, bylined articles, case studies, press releases, emails, social posts, and more.
• Create B2B marketing campaigns across content, social, and email.
• Collaborate with designers and other professionals to develop digital assets.
