Job summary

Builden Partners, a Chicago-based marketing agency, seeks a Marketing Assistant for remote, part-time work (approximately 10-20 hours weekly). You will support marketing and business development for law firm clients, drafting content, managing email campaigns, social posts, and event logistics.

Run with tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting. You’ll collaborate with the Chief Services Officer and internal teams, using Canva, WordPress, HubSpot or Mailchimp, and analytics to drive client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related discipline, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency, PR agency, law firm or professional services setting
• Exceptional written communication skills, including persuasive marketing writing and the ability to synthesize complex content
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
• Knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot or Mailchimp, Google Analytics 4 and social media platforms

Responsibilities

• Drafting marketing content under team direction across websites, bios, case studies, newsletters and press releases
• Manage digital marketing projects including email distributions, ads, website updates and social posts
• Coordinate event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, venue research and on-site support
• Conduct secondary research on market intelligence, sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements
