Imaginal Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a fully remote, client-facing role that thrives on initiative and clear communication, with a four-day workweek and travel-friendly remote option.

You’ll manage multiple projects across branding, graphic design, marketing plans and online campaigns, acting as liaison between clients, sales and production teams to keep momentum.

No experience is required if you’re a proven high-achiever and people-lover; a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple projects at a time across branding, graphic design, marketing plans and budgets, website development, online marketing strategies and more.
• Acting as liaison between clients, sales and production teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, owning projects to completion.
• Communicating client feedback to internal teams; and vice versa.
• Proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
