Qualifications

• Training covers campaign resources, online records, and consent. Clear writing and respect for a person's contact choice matter.

Responsibilities

• Read campaign replies in approved online channels.
• Identify the message or resource involved.
• Share current public information when it answers the question.
• Route account and pricing questions to qualified staff.
• Record opt-out requests under the defined process.
• Keep the inquiry and next owner linked.
• Flag a misleading or broken campaign link.
• Record the answer and remaining owner.
