Hrstalentsolutions is hiring a Marketing Inquiry Response Associate for a fully remote, full-time position. You will handle approved online campaign replies, identify the correct resource, and route questions to the appropriate team while maintaining accurate records.
Training is provided and written communication is valued. In this role, you will ensure responses are based on current public information, handle opt-out requests, and keep links and ownership clearly linked to the right owner.
A person sees an approved online campaign and asks for a resource, a service detail, or help reaching the right team. The Marketing Inquiry Response Associate checks the current campaign information, gives a factual routine answer, and routes individual service questions. The job is full-time and remote, pairing customer service replies with office administration records of incoming responses. You will not invent an offer or treat every inquiry as consent to future marketing.
A campaign may have several versions with different dates or landing pages. Ask for the relevant link or reference when needed and compare it with the approved brief. A question about general program information can receive a published resource. A pricing or account-specific issue belongs to a specialist. If an offer has ended, use current terms and avoid promising an extension.
Record the person's actual question and the answer or owner assigned. If someone asks to stop receiving messages, follow the contact preference process promptly. A repeated question can be useful feedback for the campaign team; provide examples without sharing a full private conversation in a broad report.
Prior customer service or office administration experience is welcome, and training is provided. Training covers campaign resources, online records, and consent. Clear writing and respect for a person's contact choice matter.
Full-time remote at $30 per hour. A quiet home office or similar setting supports written replies. The company will confirm hours.
A recipient may refer to a headline without naming the exact campaign. Ask for the link or date, then check the approved version. If an offer has conditions, use the complete published explanation rather than quoting one attractive line. A customer who says the landing page failed should receive an approved alternative and a technical referral. Do not improvise a new deadline or benefit to satisfy the question.
Some replies are really requests for direct help with an account. Move those to the private service channel, preserving the original context. Others may be compliments, complaints, or opt-out requests. Each should follow the proper workflow, not be treated as a sales lead by default.
Training covers the active campaigns and response categories. The job rewards accurate, respectful replies that help a person understand the offer without pressuring them.
A person may respond to a campaign from an older forwarded email. Check the actual offer date before answering. If the current public page differs from the message, flag it to the campaign owner. The customer service response should be precise and fair, while office administration keeps the source version and handoff visible. This work protects trust in the organization's published information. A campaign can generate a question in a public comment and a private message from the same person. Follow the employer privacy process before linking them. A public response may provide a general resource, while an account-specific answer belongs in private support. Record both actions without exposing personal information.
