Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as chief of staff or executive assistant or in marketing ops supporting senior execs.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, spend tracking and reconciliations.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for executive decks.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and building workflows.
• Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with senior leaders across brands and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategic decks and updates for brand leadership and the CMO.
• Own the consolidated marketing budget and forecast across brands.
• Lead the AI foundation setup, governance and adoption.
• Provide executive support: calendar, travel, correspondence and expenses.
• Draft and coordinate executive communications with clear narrative.
