Job summary

Marchay, a premier luxury travel service, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead digital growth from a fully remote base in the United States. You will own acquisition across SEO, social, partnerships, and emerging platforms, leveraging AI to optimize performance and scale revenue while preserving brand exclusivity.

You bring 3+ years in growth marketing for premium brands, a bias for action, and a track record of converting marketing investments into measurable revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital growth, performance marketing, or acquisition marketing with measurable outcomes.
• Experience linking marketing initiatives to conversion, ROI or revenue, not just impressions.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social, analytics, landing pages, content distribution, and experimentation.
• Experience developing social strategies for premium or luxury consumers.
• Fluency with AI tools and automation to accelerate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Marchay’s digital growth and acquisition strategy with focus on qualified prospects and revenue.
• Identify capital-efficient growth channels for core membership and new revenue streams.
• Develop and execute SEO and digital discovery strategy including AI-driven search.
• Build a sophisticated social acquisition strategy, prioritizing luxury channels.
• Rapidly test channels, campaigns, landing pages, offers, content, partnerships; use data to decide.
• Connect marketing activities to business outcomes via CAC, attribution, ROI, and revenue.
