The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing automation, hands-on experience with major platforms, and a track record of building multi-step workflows and behavioral triggers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
• Proficiency with leading automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
• Experience building multi-step automated workflows and behavioral triggers.
• Understanding of CRM integration and lead management processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email workflows (lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement).
• Configure platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop dynamic content and segmentation based on user behavior and attributes.
• Audit programs to identify gaps, errors, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with demand generation and sales to ensure clean lead handoff and CRM data accuracy.
• Track program performance and report on engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
