Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and optimize automated email programs that engage prospects and customers across the funnel. You will build multi-step workflows, implement behavioral triggers, and ensure data flows into the CRM for accurate lead management.

You’ll collaborate with demand generation and sales teams, monitor program performance, and continually optimize content and segmentation to improve engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
• Experience building multi-step automated workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns.
• Understanding of CRM integration and lead management processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple active programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email workflows including lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Configure and maintain marketing automation platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop dynamic content and segmentation rules to personalize communications based on user behavior and attributes.
• Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM data accuracy.
• Track automation program performance and report on metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
