Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing programs. You will contribute to campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-functional projects that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audiences.

You will help develop and execute campaigns across digital, email, social, and events, while coordinating content creation and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of core marketing disciplines including digital, content, and email marketing.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
• Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content including blog posts, social copy, email copy, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics and observations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign positioning and messaging.
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure materials are up to date and on brand.
