Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email workflows for lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement.
• Configure and maintain marketing automation platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop dynamic content and segmentation rules based on user behavior and attributes.
• Audit automation programs to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with demand gen and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM data accuracy.
• Track program performance and report on engagement, conversions, and pipeline contributions.
