BairesDev, a leading tech services company, seeks a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate leads. You will contribute to content initiatives and collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to shape compelling messaging.

You'll manage campaigns across digital, email, social, and events, create blog posts and emails, and track performance with metrics.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events.
• Create and coordinate marketing content including blog posts, social copy, emails, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track campaign performance and produce reports with key metrics and insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign positioning and messaging.
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure materials are up to date and on brand.
