Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and manage automated email and nurture programs that engage prospects and customers throughout the funnel. This role suits someone with strong technical skills in automation platforms and a data-driven mindset.

You will design multi-step workflows, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure data accuracy and effective handoffs in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
• Experience building multi-step automated workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns.
• Understanding of CRM integration and lead management processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email workflows including lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Configure and maintain marketing automation platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop dynamic content and segmentation rules to personalize communications based on user behavior and attributes.
• Perform regular audits of automation programs to identify gaps, errors, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM data accuracy.
• Track automation program performance and report on metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
