BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support planning and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels. You will contribute to campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-functional projects that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration across digital, email, social, and events, with a focus on data-driven insights and on-brand storytelling. Remote-friendly with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech.
• Strong knowledge of core marketing disciplines: digital, content, email.
• Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns from planning to execution.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events.
• Create and coordinate marketing content: blog posts, social copy, emails, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and partners to meet deadlines.
• Track campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics and insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and messaging.
• Maintain marketing asset libraries, keeping materials up to date and on brand.
