Job summary

mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power our demand generation engine by optimizing marketing technology, automating outreach, and delivering actionable performance insights across the funnel.

You'll work across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper to ensure data flows from first touch through sales, retention, and advocacy, while maintaining data integrity and producing dashboards and reports that guide marketing and sales decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or related role with platform ownership.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience with attribution, reporting, and lead mapping.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with marketing clouds and CRM integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across systems, fix sync errors, and prevent downstream issues.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Create campaigns across the marketing platform and CRM; manage emails, forms, landing pages.
• Develop marketing reporting and dashboards; ensure accuracy before distribution.
• Analyze campaigns and summarize findings with recommendations.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch through pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Operations on list quality and handoff.
• Support platform migrations with documentation and testing.
• Administer the marketing stack and data mappings between platforms.
• Document processes and identify efficiency improvements.
