Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to join a leader in Business Services. This role focuses on turning marketing and customer data into actionable insights to shape strategy and improve ROI, with a strong emphasis on measuring effectiveness and optimizing campaigns.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business, translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, and develop dashboards in Tableau while writing SQL queries for large datasets. Remote, US-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for visualization and reporting.
• Solid understanding of marketing measurement concepts, particularly in B2B marketing.
• Excellent communication skills for translating data into narratives.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and customer data to quantify the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to provide strategic insights for business problems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Tableau.
