Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science and analytics, with 5+ years in team management.
• Strong technical skills in marketing analytics, including reporting and attribution.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for hands-on analysis.
• Proven track record in hiring and developing talent.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and frame relevant questions.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
