Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to own marketing performance measurement. You will build reporting, attribution, and planning models to show program impact on pipeline and revenue, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

In Marketing Operations, you will collaborate across demand gen, field, digital, campaigns, ABM, SDR, RevOps, and Finance. You’ll build dashboards, run analyses, and present insights directly to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue analytics, or marketing operations in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting skills: cross-object reports, dashboards, formula fields, and campaign influence.
• Hands-on experience building marketing attribution models and explaining their limits.
• Strong understanding of the B2B funnel, lead lifecycle, and pipeline mechanics.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own marketing attribution and reporting of program performance: funnel, pipeline, revenue impact.
• Align funnel metric definitions with leadership for consistent reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Build cost-per-opportunity, cost-per-lead, and ROI reporting by channel, program, and segment.
• Build and maintain dashboards for weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews and executive narratives.
• Develop self-serve reporting so teams can answer routine questions.
• Serve as an expert user of RevSure and Tableau for clear visual reporting.
